If not for mothers sacrificing nine months of their lives to carry another human being, then the whole homo sapiens race would have long vanished from now. But like everything else, all of the modern advances in medicine including pregnancy cannot guarantee that everything is foolproof. Ensuring a safe baby delivery does not necessarily assure having 100% security. In conformity to the nature of humans, we are still prone to accidents and mistakes.
On the other hand, we are known to get the best out of every situation no matter how futile. That sets us a hundred miles apart from other animals. Baby caring does not have to be a necessary burden. The natural love we have for a newborn cannot be argued. It is the question of how to do it properly that left most parents feeling baffled. Numerous mediums are available to address this concern. Internet blogs and websites materialize from time to time with the sole intention of helping those couples who are expecting their first child or those who need additional parenting advice.
A house is not a home without babies or so says a mother of ten. This statement might be frowned upon in today’s society of sex education and family planning. There are those who want a big family and there are those who planned every child birth because they prefer to have only a brood of two. Whatever the case, mothers everyday are plagued with questions on proper caring for babies in terms of their diet, their clothing, the gears and accessories needed when travelling, etc. and the over-all well-being of the infant. Well, whatever knowledge we learn about the essential things and deem effective remedies on the baby’s basic needs, we should not overlook the fact that simply giving them our unconditional love is much, much more powerful than any amount of material things we can ever buy for them.
